If you are traveling by car, head to Jarabacoa. From the center of Jarabacoa, take the road towards La Cienaga. Follow signs for Baiguate Waterfall. Once you reach the trailhead at 39VM+7CW, C. baiguate, park your car in the designated area. Be prepared for a 1km walk down a mountain path, which includes several flights of stairs leading to the waterfall.
Public Transportation
To reach Baiguate Waterfall via public transportation, take a bus or a guagua (shared taxi) from Santo Domingo or another city to Jarabacoa. Once in Jarabacoa, look for local transport options that go towards La Cienaga, or ask locals for assistance to find a ride to the trailhead at 39VM+7CW, C. baiguate. From there, you will need to walk approximately 1km down a mountain path with stairs to reach the waterfall.

If you are already in Jarabacoa and prefer to walk, navigate to the trailhead located at 39VM+7CW, C. baiguate. From the center of Jarabacoa, it's a scenic walk, but be aware that it will take you about 20-30 minutes to reach the trailhead. Once there, the trail to the waterfall is approximately 1km and includes several flights of stairs.
