If you are driving from the Central Mountain Range, head towards the town of Santiago de los Caballeros. From Santiago, take the Autopista Duarte (Highway 1) towards Puerto Plata. After approximately 60 kilometers, take the exit towards Carretera Luperón. Continue on Carretera Luperón for about 20 kilometers, and you will see signs for Marien Puerto Plata on your right.
