If you're driving from Santiago de los Caballeros, take Autopista Duarte (Route 1) towards Puerto Plata. After about 1 hour, continue on Route 5 towards Puerto Plata. Once you reach Puerto Plata, follow the signs towards Costambar. As you enter Costambar, keep going straight until you reach R78M+2WP, Playa. Look for the beach area where you can park your car.
