If you are driving from Enriquillo Valley towards Santo Domingo, take the Carretera 44 (also known as the Autopista 6 de Noviembre) which leads directly into the city. Follow signs for Santo Domingo and merge onto the Autopista 30 de Mayo. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Av. Winston Churchill, then turn right. Follow Av. Winston Churchill until you reach the historic Zona Colonial. Once in Zona Colonial, park at one of the public parking areas nearby, such as Parqueo Colonial. From there, it’s a short walk to Catedral Primada de América located at F4F8+698, C. Isabel La Católica.
