Look for a bus heading towards Bayahibe, which is a popular destination close to East National Park. Buses run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. The ride to Bayahibe takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Bayahibe, disembark at the main bus terminal.

Once in Bayahibe, you will find several motoconchos (motorcycle taxis) waiting near the bus terminal. Inform the driver that you would like to go to East National Park (Parque Nacional del Este). If you prefer to walk from the Bayahibe area, head towards the coast and follow the signs directing you to Dominicus. The walk will take approximately 1 hour.
