If you are driving, head towards Av. La Marina in Samaná. Use a GPS or a maps application and input the coordinates 19.202539, -69.337232. From the center of Samaná, take Calle 27 de Febrero heading east until you reach the intersection with Av. La Marina. Turn right onto Av. La Marina and continue for about 2 kilometers. The Monumento a las ballenas will be on your left. There is usually free parking available nearby.

Public Transportation
To reach Monumento a las ballenas by public transportation, take a local guagua (minibus) from the main bus terminal in Samaná, heading towards Las Galeras or El Limón. Ask the driver to let you off at Av. La Marina. The fare is usually around 50-100 DOP (Dominican Pesos). Once you get off, walk approximately 500 meters along Av. La Marina towards the east. The monument will be on your left side.

If you are staying close to the area, walking to Monumento a las ballenas can be a pleasant experience. From the center of Samaná, head east along Calle 27 de Febrero until you reach Av. La Marina. Turn right and continue walking for about 2 kilometers. The monument is located on the left side, and you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea along the way.
