If you're traveling by car from anywhere in San Juan Valley, head southeast on the main highway (Carretera Sánchez). Continue for about 1.5 hours until you reach Santo Domingo. Once you arrive in Santo Domingo, follow signs for Zona Colonial. Enter Avenida George Washington and continue until you reach the Plaza de España. The Alcázar de Colón is located at C. La Atarazana 2, right in the plaza. Parking is generally available nearby, but it may incur a cost of around 100-200 DOP (Dominican Pesos) for a few hours.
