From Parque Colón, walk to the nearest bus stop at Calle de Las Damas. Take the 'Caribe Tours' bus heading towards Zona Colonial. Get off at the stop near Calle Arzobispo Meriño. Walk about 50 meters to your right on Calle Arzobispo Meriño, and Casa de Teatro will be at 110.
