If you are in the Zona Colonial, start at Plaza de España. From there, head south on Calle Las Damas. Continue straight until you reach Calle Padre Billini. Turn left onto Calle Padre Billini, and walk for about 5 minutes. Fray Bartolomé de las Casas Park will be on your right at the intersection with the small lane leading to the park entrance.

Find a local bus stop (carro público) on Avenida George Washington that heads towards the Colonial Zone. Board the bus and ask the driver to drop you off at Parque Independencia. Once you get off, walk east along Calle 19 de Marzo until you reach Calle Padre Billini. Turn left and walk for about 5 minutes. The park entrance will be on your right.

If you have rented a bicycle, start from the Malecón and ride towards the Colonial Zone. Follow Avenida George Washington until you reach the traffic circle at Parque Independencia. Continue straight onto Calle 19 de Marzo and then turn left onto Calle Padre Billini. The park will be on your right after a short ride.
