From the center of Sierra de Bahoruco, head northwest on the main road towards the Carretera Hatillo - Palmar de Ocoa. Continue straight for approximately 30 kilometers. Look for the sign that indicates the entrance to OcoaBay at Km 6 1/2 Hatillo. Turn right at the sign and follow the access road until you reach the parking area.

If you are traveling via public transportation, you can take a bus from Sierra de Bahoruco to Palmar de Ocoa. Buses run regularly throughout the day. Upon reaching Palmar de Ocoa, you can catch a local taxi or motoconcho (motorcycle taxi) to OcoaBay.
