If you are driving from Puyo, head south on Vía a Macas. After approximately 10 km, look for the signs indicating a right turn towards sector Nuevo Mundo. Take this right turn and continue for about 2 km until you reach the entrance to Cascada Hola Vida. Ensure your car is suitable for rural roads, as parts may be unpaved.
Public Transportation
From Puyo, you can take a bus that heads towards Macas. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the Nuevo Mundo sector. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes and will cost around $1. Once you arrive at the Nuevo Mundo sector, you can either walk approximately 2 km to reach Cascada Hola Vida or hire a local taxi for about $5 to take you directly to the entrance.
