If you are traveling by car, start from the city center of Quito. Head east on Avenida 10 de Agosto towards Avenida Eloy Alfaro. Continue onto the Pan-American Highway (E28) heading north. After approximately 50 kilometers, look for signs to Loreto de Pedregal. The Chilcabamba Lodge is located in this area. Make sure to use a GPS navigation system for precise directions.
