From Quito, you can take a bus to Tena. Buses leave regularly from the Terminal Terrestre Quitumbe, and the journey takes about 5 to 6 hours. The ticket price is typically around $8-$10. Once in Tena, you can take a taxi or local transport to Misahuallí, which is about a 30-minute drive away.
