If you are driving from Quito, take the Pan-American Highway (E28) towards the east for approximately 4 hours until you reach the town of Tena. From Tena, follow the signs to Misahuallí and then continue to the Napo River. You will need to park your car at the selected launching point. Keep in mind that there is a parking fee, typically around $5 per day. Once you park, you will need to take a canoe to Sacha Lodge, which takes about 2 hours and costs approximately $20 per person.
