A Once in a Lifetime Trip!

My eleven day trip with Jhayro was absolutely incredible! Truly a once in a lifetime trip. It was a jam-packed trip, but he knew how to run everything very efficiently. I feel like I touched every main part of Ecuador in such a short time. Our day trip to the Amazon rainforest was a highlight. We went to an animal refugee center where we saw many animals and followed with a visit to an indigenous village. He was always on top of our well being with keeping us hydrated and sunscreened in the high altitude. I felt like he knew all the locals everywhere and his expertise shines through the overall experience. Highly recommend your next tour with Jhayro. I felt like I saw all of Ecuador! Ernesto did an amazing job of not just navigating us around Ecuador but giving us an experience of a lifetime! As someone who loves doing everything all the time, all the hikes, etc. He did not disappoint and was so accommodating with creating a schedule that felt so well thought out. It's so nice to do all the things you want to and now I have to worry about how to get their timables knowing all the language etc. From the mama he picked up my friend and I from our hostel, everything was taken care of and so amazing! Thank you so much Ernesto for creating an amazing experience to kick off the beginning of my month-long trip in South America. If you're someone who loves to do all the things both a mix of hiking and getting a little bougie. This is for you! Be sure to pack the right gear and take altitude medication if you think your body may not agree too much. Thanks again❤️

Cotopaxi & Baños Full Day Tour from Quito Adventure in the Andes

A little taste of Cotopaxi and Baños with our awesome guide Ricky

We had such a wonderful day with our fantastic tour guide Ricky. After having some coca leaf tea, we set out on a mission to see Cotopaxi. We felt incredibly lucky that we got a glimpse of the majestic volcano despite it being a super cloudy day. We then walked around Laguna de Limpiopunga, where Ricky introduced some of the regional Flora and Fauna to us. After arriving in Baños, we took a cable car to see a gorgeous waterfall, visited Cascada El Pailón at Rio Verde, and experienced the famous swing in La Casa del Arbol, with a delicious local lunch in between. Given that our time in Quito is quite short this trip, we were really happy to have gotten a little taste of Cotopaxi and Baños through this tour that combined the two. Our guide Ricky was the true MVP, he is knowledgeable about the culture and histories of the places we visited, he took amazing photos for us, he drove for hours in terrible traffic while staying calm and collected, and he just has such a positive attitude and upbeat energy that made our long day fun and enjoyable.
