From Ayampe Beach, head south on the main road (E28) towards Puerto López. The drive is approximately 30 minutes. Keep an eye out for signs to Puerto López. Upon entering Puerto López, continue straight until you reach Malecon Julio Izurieta. Machalilla Tours will be located on your right. Parking is available along the Malecon.

To reach Machalilla Tours via public transport, you can take a local bus from Ayampe Beach to Puerto López. Look for buses marked 'Puerto López' at the bus stop in Ayampe. The fare is typically around $1. After about 30 minutes, you will arrive in Puerto López. Once you disembark, walk towards Malecon Julio Izurieta, which is a short 5-minute walk from the bus terminal. You will find Machalilla Tours on your right along the Malecon.
