From Ayampe Beach, start by heading southwest on the main road (Ruta del Spondylus). Continue driving for about 5 km until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Machalilla National Park. Turn left at the intersection. Follow this road for approximately 2 km until you arrive at Playa Tortuguita, which is located at G674+HWG in Machalilla. Make sure to look for parking options nearby as the area might be busy during peak hours.

To reach Playa Tortuguita via public transportation, start at the Ayampe Beach bus stop. Look for a bus heading towards Puerto López, which should cost around $0.50.
