From the Coastal Lowlands, take the E28 highway towards Quito. This is a well-maintained road that leads you through beautiful landscapes. After approximately 2 hours of driving, you will reach the town of Latacunga. In Latacunga, follow the signs to the Cotopaxi National Park via the E35 road.
