To reach Parque Nacional Galápagos from any location in the Coastal Lowlands, you will first need to drive to the main port city of Puerto Ayora on Santa Cruz Island. From the Coastal Lowlands, take the main highway (E25) heading south towards the coastal region, following signs towards Guayaquil. Once you reach Guayaquil, take the exit towards the 'Puerto Marítimo' to get to the airport. Here, you will need to take a flight to Baltra Airport (GPS code: GPS). Flights are available daily from major cities in Ecuador, with prices typically ranging from $100 to $200, depending on the season. Upon arrival at Baltra Airport, you will need to pay an entrance fee for the Galápagos National Park, which is currently $100 for adults and $50 for children. After clearing customs, take a bus to the Itabaca Channel where you can catch a ferry to Santa Cruz Island. The ferry ride takes about 10 minutes and costs around $1. From Santa Cruz, you can take a taxi or bus to reach Parque Nacional Galápagos, located in El Cascajo.

If you prefer to use public transportation, you can take a bus from various coastal cities like Manta or Guayaquil to reach the airport in Guayaquil. Bus tickets generally cost between $10 and $30, depending on the distance and service. Once at the airport, book a flight to Baltra Airport.
