If you are near the city center, head to the nearest bus stop and look for buses heading towards 'Urdaneta' or 'Malecon'. You can take the bus number 2 or 8. Once on the bus, inform the driver that you want to get off at 'Malecón del Salado'. The journey will take approximately 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. After you get off, walk towards the waterfront and you will see the entrance to Malecón del Salado.

If you're staying in a nearby hotel or area like Las Peñas or the city center, you can walk to Malecón del Salado. Head towards Av. 9 de Octubre and turn onto Calle 2 de Mayo. Continue straight until you reach the waterfront. Once you are at the Malecón, follow the path along the river until you reach '2do Callejon 5 NO'. The walk will take around 30-40 minutes depending on your pace.
