From the city center (Malecón 2000), take any bus heading towards the Avenida 9 de Octubre. Get off at the Plaza de la Administración building. From there, walk towards the intersection of Avenida 9 de Octubre and Pedro Moncayo. You will find Parque Centenario just a short walk down Pedro Moncayo.
