If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Highland Valleys. Head towards the main road that leads to Quito, following the signs for 'Quito Centro Histórico'. As you approach Quito, keep an eye out for the signs indicating the Centro Histórico area. Once in the historic center, look for a parking area nearby, as street parking can be limited. From the parking, walk towards Pasaje Tobar located at QFHQ+433, which is a short 5-10 minute walk.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a local bus or a taxi from any point in Highland Valleys to the 'Quito Centro Histórico' area. Buses are frequent and very economical, costing around $0.25. Once you arrive in the historic center, navigate to the address QFHQ+433, which is within walking distance from the bus terminal. If you prefer, you can also take a taxi directly to the address for a fare of approximately $3-$5.
Walking
If you find yourself already in the Centro Histórico area, you can easily walk to Pasaje Tobar. From Plaza Grande (the main square), head southeast along Calle García Moreno. Continue until you reach the intersection with Calle Espejo, then turn left. Pasaje Tobar will be located a short distance ahead on your right at QFHQ+433.
