If you are driving from the center of Highland Valleys, head southeast on Avenida De La Independencia towards Avenida 10 de Agosto. Continue straight for about 20 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the E28 highway. Turn right onto E28 and follow the signs for Quito. Once you reach the outskirts of Quito, keep following E28 for approximately 10 kilometers until you see the sign for Condor Machay. Take the exit, and continue following the signs to the parking area near the entrance to the nature preserve.

To reach Condor Machay Cascadas via public transport, start by taking a bus from the central bus terminal in Highland Valleys to Quito. Look for buses heading to 'Quito' or 'El Chiche', which typically operate frequently throughout the day. The fare is usually around $2-$3. Once you arrive at the Quito terminal, transfer to a local bus that goes to 'Cumbayá' and get off at the stop closest to the Condor Machay entrance. The local bus fare is approximately $0.50. From the bus stop, it’s a short walk (about 1.5 kilometers) to the entrance of Condor Machay Cascadas, where you can enjoy the stunning waterfalls and nature trails.
