Walking
If you are starting from the central park (Parque Pedro Moncayo) in Ibarra, head east on Calle Sucre. After about 5 blocks, turn left onto Calle 10 de Agosto. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Calle Bolívar. Turn right on Bolívar and walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach a large roundabout. From the roundabout, take the road that leads uphill toward the Mirador de la Aduana. Follow the path, which will lead you directly to ARTE VISTA, located at the top of the viewpoint.
Public Transport (Bus)
From the central bus terminal in Ibarra, take any bus heading towards La Dolorosa or El Priorato. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at the Mirador de la Aduana stop. Once you get off, walk uphill for about 5 minutes, and you will see ARTE VISTA on the right side.
Taxi
If you're near the main square (Plaza de Ibarra), you can easily flag down a taxi. Tell the driver you want to go to 'Mirador de la Aduana'. The ride should take about 10 minutes depending on traffic. Ask the driver to drop you off at ARTE VISTA, which is located at the top of the viewpoint.
