    From the center of Ibarra, head east on Avenida 10 de Agosto towards the intersection with Calle Sucre. Continue straight until you reach the Parque Pedro Moncayo. From the park, take Calle Juan de Salinas heading north. Walk for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Avenida 17 de Julio. Turn right and continue walking until you see the local market, Mercado Central. After passing the market, take the first left onto Calle del Comercio and continue walking until you reach the outskirts of the city. Hiria is located approximately 1.5 kilometers from this point, so keep walking straight along the road until you arrive at 8VW9+V32.
