Walking
If you're starting from the main bus terminal in Loja, head east on Avenida Pichincha towards Calle 18 de Noviembre. Continue straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Avenida 24 de Mayo. Turn left on Avenida 24 de Mayo and walk for another 10 minutes. You should see Parque Central on your right, just past the intersection with Calle Sucre.

From the Plaza de San Sebastián, walk south on Calle Bolívar for about 5 minutes until you reach Avenida 24 de Mayo. Turn left and continue east for about 5 minutes. Parque Central will be on your right, just after the intersection with Calle Sucre.

If you are near the Cathedral of Loja, exit the cathedral and head west on Calle Sucre. Walk for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Avenida 24 de Mayo. Turn left on Avenida 24 de Mayo and walk for about 3 minutes. Parque Central will be on your left.

Take any local bus heading towards the city center, and get off at the stop near Avenida 24 de Mayo. Walk a short distance east on Avenida 24 de Mayo, and you will see Parque Central on your right, right after the intersection with Calle Sucre.
