From Mindo Cloud Forest, take the main road (E28) towards Quito. Follow the signs for Quito, which will guide you through scenic landscapes. After about 1 hour and 30 minutes, you will reach Quito. Once in Quito, follow the signs to Guapulo. Turn onto Avenida de los Shyris and continue straight. After approximately 10 minutes, you will see signs for Guapulo. The church is located at QGXF+WP3, Quito 170136. Parking is available nearby, but be cautious of local parking regulations.

Begin your journey from Mindo by taking a bus to Quito. Buses leave frequently from the main bus terminal in Mindo. The ride to Quito takes about 2 hours, and the ticket costs approximately $2-3. Once you arrive at the Terminal Terrestre Quitumbe in Quito, you will need to take a taxi or local bus to Guapulo. Taxis are readily available and cost around $5-7.
