If you are driving from Mindo, head south on the E28 road towards Quito. After approximately 20 kilometers, you will reach the intersection with the road leading to the Reserva Puyucunapi. Turn left onto the dirt road and continue for about 2 kilometers until you see the entrance to the reserve on your right.
