Walking
From the center of Mindo, head south on Avenida 9 de Octubre towards Calle Juan Montalvo. Walk straight for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Calle Alóag. Turn left onto Calle Alóag and continue straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the main bus terminal in Mindo. From there, catch a bus or a shared taxi heading to Quito. Once you arrive in Quito, get off at the nearest stop to Centro Histórico. Walk south towards QFMR+8X5, Galapagos, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus drop-off point.

Starting from Mindo, walk to the main bus terminal. Look for buses that head to Quito. The trip will take approximately 2 hours. Once you arrive in Quito, get off at the terminal in Centro Histórico. From there, walk south on Avenida Gran Colombia for about 500 meters, then take a right onto Calle Guayaquil. Continue walking for about 300 meters and you will reach QFMR+8X5, Galapagos.
