Walking
From the center of Mindo, head towards the main road (Via a Mindo). Walk along the road until you reach the bus stop where buses to Quito depart. Take a bus heading to Quito; it will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. After arriving in Quito, get off the bus at the Terminal Terrestre Quitumbe. From there, take a taxi or a public bus heading towards the Centro Histórico. Ask the driver to drop you off at Calle Venezuela. The Museo Camilo Egas is located at Calle Venezuela, N9 02, just a short walk from the bus stop.

Start at the main square in Mindo, known as Plaza de Mindo. Look for the bus that goes to Quito; they typically leave every 30 minutes. Once on the bus, enjoy the scenic ride. When you arrive in Quito, get off at Terminal Terrestre Quitumbe. From there, catch a bus or taxi to the Centro Histórico area. If taking a bus, look for buses that say 'Centro Histórico' or 'Plaza Grande.' Once you reach the Centro Histórico, walk towards Calle Venezuela, and you will find the Museo Camilo Egas at N9 02.
