Walking
From the center of Mindo, head towards the main road (E28). You will need to walk approximately 15-20 minutes to reach the main road from the town center. Once you reach E28, head towards the east. Look for the signs that indicate the direction to Calacalí-La Independencia. Continue walking along the E28 road for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection known as 'La Y'. San Tadeo Birding is located about 15 minutes before you reach this intersection, so keep an eye out for the signs indicating 'San Tadeo Birding' along the way.

If you prefer not to walk, you can take a local taxi or a motorcycle taxi from the center of Mindo to San Tadeo Birding. Simply approach a taxi stand or flag down a motorcycle taxi and inform the driver that you would like to go to San Tadeo Birding.
