After reaching Quito, continue southwest on E28 for about 30 kilometers until you reach the town of Santo Domingo. From Santo Domingo, follow the signs to the coastal region and take the E20 road towards El Carmen. Once you reach El Carmen, take the road towards La Concordia, and from there, head to the coastal town of Esmeraldas. After reaching Esmeraldas, look for signs directing you to the ferry terminal that goes to Isla Floreana. Make sure to check the ferry schedule in advance, as there are limited departures. The ferry will take you directly to Puerto Flores on Isla Floreana, where Punta Cormorant is located. The total driving distance is approximately 200 kilometers, and consider that fuel costs may vary.
