From Papallacta Hot Springs, head west on the E28 highway towards Quito. Continue on E28 for about 35 kilometers (approximately 40 minutes). As you approach Quito, you will see signs for the city center. Take the exit toward the city center and merge onto the E35. Continue on E35 for about 5 kilometers and then take the exit toward Avenida 10 de Agosto. Follow Avenida 10 de Agosto for about 2 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Rafael Leon. Turn left onto Rafael Leon, and El Mirador De Guapulo will be at 1086 Rafael Leon.
