Discover more about Santa Cruz Brewery

Santa Cruz Brewery holds the distinction of being the first craft brewery in the Galapagos Islands, established in 2012 by homebrewers with a passion for creating 100% Galapagos beer. In 2015, they introduced "La Galapagueña" to the community, the first artisanal beer of the Galapagos. Over the years, they've expanded their offerings to include a range of traditional and experimental beers, many incorporating local ingredients. The brewery uses local seasonal products and fruits to create unique flavors, such as passion fruit, guava, orange, coffee, and sea salt. They are committed to sustainability, minimizing environmental impact by reusing water and bottles, and providing barley bagasse to local farms for animal feed. Visitors can enjoy the brewery's beers at their Resto Pub on Charles Darwin Avenue in Pelican Bay, next to Banco del Pacifico, or visit the production plant and beer garden in the Thomas de Berlanga sector. The Resto Pub offers a pub-style menu with items like BBQ wings, ribs, coconut shrimp, and burgers.
