From the city center, head to the 'La Mariscal' area where you can find the 'El Colon' bus station. Take bus number 'C1' or 'C2' heading towards 'Guapulo'. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Guapulo' stop, which is near the intersection of 'Calle Guapulo' and 'Calle de los Conquistadores'. From there, walk uphill on 'Calle Guapulo' for about 10 minutes until you see the Guapulo Colonial Church and Convent on your left.
