Getting There

  • Public Bus

    From the historic center of Quito (Plaza Grande), walk to the nearest bus stop on Avenida 10 de Agosto. Take any bus that goes towards the Panecillo area. You can ask locals for the right bus, as routes may change. Get off at the Panecillo stop. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk uphill to reach the Panecillo Lookout.

  • Taxi or Rideshare

    Open a rideshare app or hail a taxi. Provide the driver with the address: Calle Sucre 103, Quito. The journey from the historic center should take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off close to the entrance of Panecillo Lookout.
