From Plaza de la Independencia (Plaza Grande), walk to the nearest bus stop on Avenida 10 de Agosto. Take any bus heading towards the north that stops at 'El Tejar' or 'La Mariscal'. Once you get off, walk south along Avenida 10 de Agosto until you reach the intersection with Calle Junín. Turn left onto Calle Junín, and after a short walk, San Marcos will be on your left at Junín 107.
