Bus
From the center of Quito, head to the 'Quitumbe' bus terminal. You can take any metro line to 'El Recreo' station, then transfer to the 'Ecovía' bus service and ride to the 'Quitumbe' terminal. Once at Quitumbe, look for the bus heading to Mindo; these buses are frequent. The journey will take approximately 2 hours. When you arrive in Mindo, ask locals for directions to 'Santuario de las Cascadas Mindo', which is a well-known attraction. It's a short taxi ride or a 20-minute walk from the bus terminal.
Taxi
If you're near the historic center, you can take a taxi directly to 'Santuario de las Cascadas Mindo'. Make sure to negotiate the fare or ask the driver to use the meter.
