If you're starting from the Plaza de la Independencia, head east on Calle García Moreno until you reach the intersection with Calle Venezuela. Turn left onto Calle Venezuela and continue walking north. After about 5 blocks, you will reach the intersection with Junín Street. Turn right onto Junín Street, and after a short walk, you'll find St. Mark's Square on your left.

From the Basilica del Voto Nacional, exit the basilica and head east on Calle Córdova. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida 10 de Agosto. Cross the avenue and proceed south along Calle Manabí. After a few blocks, turn left onto Junín Street. St. Mark's Square will be on your right.
