Fausto is the most wonderful guide we have ever encountered. He was a great communicator, willing and able to work with a complicated weekend of wedding guest arrivals and transfers into Ibarra. But that isn't even the half of it, we told him we had a day in Quito and show us the sights...he planned an incredible tour down to the minute. We saw a volcano, the equator museum, had chocolate tasting and a highly informative walking tour of Quito with a tour guide - Miriam. I could go on and on. He is thoughtful, organized, a great driver and an all around awesome human being. I wish we could take him with us on all our travels.

Airport Transfer and Small Intro Into Quito

Our driver Franklin was outstanding. Our flight into Quito arrived late, and he tracked the delay and was waiting for us without any issue. Communication before and during the pickup was clear and quick. The drive from the airport into the city takes about an hour, and Franklin filled it with stories about Quito, its history, and the neighborhoods we passed through. What could have been a quiet super early morning ride became a real introduction to the city. Reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Couldn't recommend the experience enough!!
