From Quito, take the E28 highway heading northwest. Continue on E28 for about 40 km until you reach the town of Nanegalito. From there, follow the signs towards El Pahuma Orchid Reserve. You will need to take a left turn onto a gravel road after passing through the town. Drive carefully, as the road can be bumpy. The reserve is located approximately 10 km from Nanegalito. Look for the entrance gate on your right.

To reach El Pahuma Orchid Reserve via public transportation, first travel to the 'La Ofelia' bus terminal in Quito. From there, take a bus headed to Nanegalito.
