Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from the town of Montañita, head southeast on Ruta E15. Continue straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers. NATIVA BAMBU Ecolodge will be on your right, directly diagonal to the CLP (Centro de Liberación de Peces). Look for the sign indicating the ecolodge. There is limited parking available on-site.

• Bus

  To reach NATIVA BAMBU Ecolodge via public transportation, take a local bus heading towards Montañita from major towns like Olón or La Libertad. Buses frequently run along the coastal route. Once you arrive at Montañita, disembark at the main bus terminal. From there, it's about a 20-minute walk: head southeast on Ruta E15, and after approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will find NATIVA BAMBU Ecolodge on your right, diagonal to the CLP. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the bus terminal to the ecolodge for a small fee, usually around $2 to $3.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from anywhere in Montañita. Simply tell the driver 'NATIVA BAMBU Ecolodge, diagonal al CLP en Ruta E15'. The fare should be around $2 to $5 depending on your starting point within Montañita.

• Walking

  If you are already in Montañita and prefer to walk, head southeast from the town center on Ruta E15. It is a pleasant walk of about 20-25 minutes. Keep an eye out for the ecolodge on your right, diagonal to the CLP. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes, as the road is sometimes uneven.
