Continue for approximately 50 kilometers until you reach the junction with the E28 highway. Turn onto the E28 heading east. After about 30 kilometers, you will see signs for Cotopaxi National Park. Follow the signs to the park entrance located at coordinates 8CCW+C8V. Parking is available at the entrance, but be mindful of the park's opening hours, which are from 8 AM to 3 PM from Monday to Friday, and 8 AM to 3 PM on weekends.
