From Lago Agrio, head southeast on Avenida 15 de Noviembre towards Avenida 17 de Julio. Continue straight for about 2.5 km, then turn right onto the E45 highway towards Cuyabeno. Follow the E45 for approximately 30 km. You will pass through several small towns along the way. Keep an eye out for signs indicating the Cuyabeno Wildlife Reserve. Once you reach the entrance to the reserve, you may need to pay an entrance fee (approximately $10). Continue on the dirt road for another 15 km until you reach Nicky Amazon Lodge, which will be on your left.
