  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Alexandria Corniche, head south towards the Qaitbay Citadel, which is located at 1, El-Mandara, Al Anfushi, Alexandria. From the citadel, continue past the waterfront for about 800 meters until you reach the intersection with Sharia El-Nasr. Take a left at this intersection and walk straight until you reach the main intersection with Sharia Ras At Tin. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you see the entrance to the Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa on your left at 12 Metfarra' Min Sharia Ras At Tin.

  • Public Bus

    If you are near the Alexandria Railway Station, you can take a public bus that goes towards the Ras el-Tin area. Look for buses that have signs for Ras el-Tin or El-Montazah. Once on the bus, ask the conductor to let you know when you reach the stop near the Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa. After getting off, walk along Sharia Ras At Tin for about 10 minutes until you see the entrance at 12 Metfarra' Min Sharia Ras At Tin on your left.
