If you are starting from the Alexandria Library, head east on El Horreya Road towards the Corniche. After about 15 minutes of walking, you will reach the Corniche. Turn left and continue walking along the waterfront. Keep going for about 10 more minutes until you see the Qaitbay Citadel on your right. Qaitbay Square is located directly in front of the Citadel.
