From Alexandria train station, walk along Ismail Mahana Road, and the Ancient Roman Theater will be on your left, opposite the train station. From the Alexandria Corniche, walk south on Sharia El Horreya (Horreya Street) until you reach the intersection with Ismail Mahana Road. Turn right on Ismail Mahana Road, and the theater will be on your left. No costs involved.

Locate a nearby tram or bus stop and board a tram or bus heading towards the Kom Ad Dakah Gharb area. Get off at the nearest stop to the train station (محطة مصر السكة الحديدية). Walk along Ismail Mahana Road, and you will see the Ancient Roman Theater on your left. Tram fares are very affordable. Bus fares start at approximately 2-3 EGP.
