Walking
If you are starting from the center of Damietta, head towards the Nile Corniche (كورنيش النيل). You can ask locals for directions to the Corniche if you're not sure where it is. Once you reach the Corniche, walk along the riverbank heading east. Continue walking for about 15-20 minutes until you see the park entrance on your right, marked with signs for Bent El-Shatee Park.
Public Transport (Microbus)
From any central location in Damietta, find a microbus heading towards the Nile Corniche. Microbuses are identifiable by their colorful exteriors, and they will often have signs indicating their route. You can ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Bent El-Shatee Park. Once you get off, walk towards the riverbank and head east along the Corniche for about 5 minutes until you see the park entrance.
Bicycle Rental
If you're feeling adventurous, consider renting a bicycle from a local shop. From the rental location, make your way to the Nile Corniche. Once there, cycle east along the riverbank for approximately 15 minutes. The entrance to Bent El-Shatee Park will be on your right, easily recognizable by the park's signage.
