Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving from Sharm El Sheikh, take the main road (Dahab Road) heading north. After about 1 hour (approximately 100 km), look for signs directing you to Mount Sinai. Turn right onto the road leading to St. Catherine's Monastery. Continue for about 10 km until you reach the parking area for Mount Moses. Please note that there may be a small parking fee (around 10-20 EGP) at the entrance.

  • Public Transportation

    From Sharm El Sheikh, take a bus or shared taxi (microbus) heading to Dahab. This journey takes about 1 hour and costs approximately 30-50 EGP. Once in Dahab, you can find a taxi to take you to Mount Sinai. The taxi ride will take about 30 minutes and cost around 100-150 EGP. Inform the driver that you want to go to Mount Moses or St. Catherine's Monastery, and they will drop you off at the designated area.
