Getting There

Walking
From the center of Siwa Oasis, head north on Sharia El-Mushir (the main street) towards the Siwa House Hotel. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Sharia El-Mahdi. Turn left onto Sharia El-Mahdi and walk for about 15 minutes. You will see Gabal Dakrur on your right, a prominent hill in the landscape. The entrance is easily accessible from the main path.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Siwa Oasis. Head east on Sharia El-Mushir towards the outskirts of town. After approximately 2 km, take a left turn onto the dirt path leading towards Gabal Dakrur. Follow the path straight until you arrive at the base of the hill. Parking for bicycles is available at the foot of Gabal Dakrur.

Horse Cart
You can hire a horse cart from the main square in Siwa Oasis. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Gabal Dakrur. The ride will take around 20 minutes. The driver will navigate through the streets and take you directly to the entrance of Gabal Dakrur.
